Support and Training
We have a dedicated, highly skilled, technical support team, available on a toll
free helpdesk number ( 080 226 7638 / 080 ABOSOFT) for Telephonic support. We
also provide field engineers to assist at your office, should this be required.
This support is available free to all our clients covered by a support and
maintenance agreement.
Support :
- Telephonic Support, 9 Hours per day 5 days per week including email support
where required
- Our Help Desk staff are trained to be helpful and friendly and are willing to
assist customers with any issues
Upgrades of any ABO Software supported products would be supported by us, and
would rolled out to all users, in line with the relevant support and maintenance
agreements.
Training:
A team of dedicated trainers supports our software. All of our trainers have
been trained in the UK/South Africa and have real hands-on experience.
We provide a wide range of training developed in consultation with our clients.
Telephonic online
We can customize a training package specifically for your company's individual
requirements - you can choose which services you require and who on your staff
needs training. We can then agree a timetable and work together to ensure the
successful implementation of the system.
